Dave has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years in Northern California. DLP Construction & Painting, Inc. is committed to quality work using only the finest materials. Our company specializes in luxury custom home building and remodels. We are client based, which means we will work closely with you during the design process and help facilitate every aspect of your project to help make your visions come to life. We focus on beauty with function and strive to be as passionate about your project as you are.
We also have a commercial maintenance division with an emphasis on aerial painting and rooftop snow removal with our 85 foot boom lift. We carry specialty insurance which allows our company to work in resort and HOA settings for our clients. We have completed a number of commercial projects in locations including The Village at Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows Ski Resort, Mammoth Mountain, Martis Camp, Resort at Squaw Creek, and Town of Truckee.
Partnered up with a number of local subcontractors and suppliers, we’ll bring each and every project quality services and products to help your home stand apart from the rest, while supporting other local businesses. We also support green building practices to help minimize our environmental impact.
We are always willing to travel to meet our clients, as we know sometimes it’s easier to have us to come to you.
